Surviving the Holidays in the midst of a Divorce

The holidays can be a very stressful time and they are made even more stressful by a divorce being in process or by the new family dynamic created by divorce. The collaborative divorce process can assist families in addressing these issues in a more productive and constructive manner.

The decision for a couple to separate can have drastic effect especially on each other’s lifestyle, this life changing event can bring the onset of stress and desperation, therefore having a support group for surviving divorce can be extremely important.

Thank you for your comment. I would agree completely. In addition, if a spouse has gone through the collaborative divorce process they hopefully have a divorce coach that they can touch base with even after the case is finished if they run into these sorts of situations.
