Steve McDonough at The Divorce Collaborative LLC posted an excellent article on how to survivie the holiday season during and after divorce. The entire article can be found here: http://www.divorcecollaborative.com/surviving-holidays-divorce/
The holidays can be a very stressful time and they are made even more stressful by a divorce being in process or by the new family dynamic created by divorce. The collaborative divorce process can assist families in addressing these issues in a more productive and constructive manner.
Thanks for the shout out!
Steve
The decision for a couple to separate can have drastic effect especially on each other’s lifestyle, this life changing event can bring the onset of stress and desperation, therefore having a support group for surviving divorce can be extremely important.
You are very welcome. You have an excellent site and I appreciate the content.
Thank you for your comment. I would agree completely. In addition, if a spouse has gone through the collaborative divorce process they hopefully have a divorce coach that they can touch base with even after the case is finished if they run into these sorts of situations.
I’m glad for parties to a divorce that they have collaborative divorce available to them during the holiday season.
